Technology stack
The stack of the October 2026 pilot, which V1 is built on, with the Microsoft 365 tenant and the data and signature services Valere already licenses; nothing here is new to the team that built the pilot.

React19
Draws every screen of the web application.

Vite8
Builds the web application and serves it while it is being made.

TypeScript
The language of the client and the server, so a wrong field is caught before it ships.

Tailwind CSS4
Styles every screen from the one set of design tokens this site shows.

React Router
Gives every page and record its own address, so a link in a notification opens the right Site.

Lucide
The outline icons of the interface.
Draws the charts of the dashboards, the forecast and the registers.

Node.js24
Runs the API and the background worker.

NestJS11
Structures the API by module, with the role and record checks on every request.

Prisma7
Reads and writes the database, and keeps its structure under version control.
Runs the scheduled and long jobs: lead collection, reading documents, sending, reconciliation.

PostgreSQL with PostGIS
Holds every record and its history; PostGIS places Sites and regions on the map.

Redis
Keeps the job queue and a short-lived cache.

SharePoint
Keeps every document in Valere’s Sites folders; the CRM holds the links, categories and versions.

Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Sign-in with multi-factor authentication; mail, calendar and Teams through Microsoft Graph, sent from the user’s own mailbox.

Adobe Acrobat Sign
Sends Heads of Terms, fee and exclusivity agreements for signature.
Contractors’ financial health and risk flags.
Planning and land data for lead generation and site constraints.
Construction project leads.
Contact details for the people behind a candidate site.
Published build-cost rates beside Valere’s own benchmark.

AI provider (Claude API in the pilot)
Reads documents and drafts emails server-side; the provider is switchable by configuration, with a monthly cost cap and an off switch.

Power BI
Reads read-only reporting views for reports Valere builds itself.

Model Context Protocol
“Ask Valere”: a Valere-managed AI assistant reads and proposes changes through the same API, under the user’s permissions.

Docker
Packages the web application, the API and the worker the same way on staging and production.
UKUK or EU cloud — provider to be confirmed
Valere-owned hosting, database and keys, with daily backups and a tested restore; the provider is not named in the documents yet.

GitHub Actions
Builds, tests and releases every change from Valere’s GitHub organisation.

Oxlint1
Checks the code on every change.

Sentry
Reports errors in production to the team as they happen.
The marks are their owners’ trademarks, shown to name each technology; the files come from Simple Icons and the projects’ own sites and are kept in this folder.
