What it is

Product

Valere CRM

Valere Group's own operating system for land deals: one Site record from the first approach to completion, and every meeting a live view of it.

What it is

The product in one paragraph: what it does, for whom, the problem it solves.

Valere CRM replaces about a dozen Excel trackers with one record per Site, kept from the first approach to a landowner to Completed or Dead. Back Office, Land, Partnerships, Construction and the Partners work the same record; the Morning Meeting, the Weekly Regional Review, the registers and the dashboards are live views of it, so nothing is typed twice and history is never overwritten. Four automations — lead generation, financial appraisals, outreach from the user's own mailbox and build-cost benchmarking — sit behind one AI layer: every value it reads shows its source and confidence, and nothing takes effect until a named person approves it.

One record, no trackers

Every tracker the team keeps today becomes a view of the Site records; at cut-over the spreadsheets are read-only (G-01).

Nothing stalls unseen

Each function works inside its deal clock, and a stalled Site shows on the day it stalls, with the rule that fired (G-02).

Every fee captured

No instructed Site without a signed fee agreement, no buyer past Coverage without one, no triggered fee left uninvoiced (G-03).

AI proposes, a person decides

Sourcing, appraisal data entry, pitch writing and quote comparison are drafted by the AI layer; a named person approves every effect (G-06).

Who uses it

Every role, what it does in the product and where.

How it works

The product’s main loop, drawn step by step.

  1. Find

Candidate sites arrive in Back Office’s review queue with their source; an accepted one becomes a Lead with its Site Code.

  2. Appraise and instruct

Back Office appraises, Land runs the landowner call and Site Review, and the Instruction Approval gate opens only on a signed fee agreement.

  3. Find the buyer

Partnerships pitches the RPs, compares offers like for like and chooses the Preferred RP; Construction tenders the build where it is needed.

  4. Agree the terms

Heads of Terms are generated, signed through Adobe Sign and linked back to back; exclusivity runs with its reminders.

  5. Exchange and complete

Legals run on critical dates and chasers until exchange and completion; the fees are flagged until they are invoiced.

  6. Review every week

The Monday meeting and the Weekly Regional Review read the same records; the week is locked and the month closed.

One Site record carries every step: each function owns its part, a handoff notifies the next owner, and every meeting view is a live slice of the records — nothing is typed into a meeting.

About this site

Every page of this site, where its content comes from, and how to read it.

This site shows the product before it is built: what it is, how it is built and what keeps its data safe, how it is used — its flows, step by step, and its screens — then its design: its pictures, layouts, email templates and components. It is the reference the product is held against; where it proposes something the product does not have yet, it says “proposed”.

Product

What the product is, who it is for, what it is built with, how its parts fit together, what keeps its data safe — and the product in use: its flows step by step, then its screens.

Design

The design system: the basics every screen is drawn with, the pictures, the layouts, the email templates, the components and the charts.
